1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cbaee ("cbaee", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at cbaee.io and all associated services, products, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through that domain.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acknowledgement checkbox during sign-up, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the cbaee platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use cbaee in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the cbaee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and cbaee. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of cbaee is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of cbaee or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account closed by cbaee for breach of these Terms or for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
• You are acting in your personal capacity and are not registering for commercial, corporate, or syndicate purposes.

cbaee operates a strict minimum-age policy of 21 years. This threshold is set above the general adult threshold of 18 years in recognition of the particular characteristics of the Bangladesh market and the platform's commitment to responsible gaming. Age verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be requested at any point during a Player's use of the platform.

cbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility criteria are not satisfied, where documentation submitted during verification is found to be false or fraudulent, or where the Player's continued use of the platform presents a risk of harm to themselves or others. In such circumstances, any balance held in the account will be reviewed in accordance with clause 12 of these Terms.

3Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration

To access betting, casino, or crash-game products on cbaee, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any point after registration.

Each individual may hold only one active account on cbaee at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

cbaee is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at the time of registration, following large deposits, or at any point where cbaee's risk management systems flag an account for review. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (mobile wallet screenshot, bank statement, or equivalent).
• A selfie photograph holding the identity document, where requested by the compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a request from cbaee will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the account. Continued non-compliance beyond 30 days may result in account closure in accordance with clause 12.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other access credentials associated with your cbaee account. cbaee will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you and you accept full responsibility for all such activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cbaee immediately by contacting [email protected].

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All account balances on cbaee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbaee currently supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and internet banking via selected partner banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. cbaee does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own independent transaction charges, for which cbaee accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed successfully. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are as set out in the Cashier section at the time of the request.

cbaee aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified at the time of submission. Processing times may be extended where additional security checks are required, where documentation is pending, or where a withdrawal is flagged by cbaee's compliance systems for manual review. cbaee is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times once the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from the platform.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on cbaee are conducted in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player balances. Any currency conversion that occurs at the payment provider level (for example, if a player uses a card denominated in a foreign currency) is the sole responsibility of the payment provider and is not managed by cbaee.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on cbaee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games). Product-specific rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellation or modification of a confirmed bet is possible except where the relevant product rules expressly provide for it.
• In the event of a technical error during bet placement, cbaee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account balance.
• Odds and prices displayed on the platform are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• For live in-play betting markets, a bet may be delayed by the platform's latency management systems. If the market closes during this delay, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• cbaee reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict betting markets, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including where there are grounds to suspect abuse, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered after betting markets have opened, cbaee's event-specific settlement rules will apply. These are available in the Help section of the platform.

For crash games (including Plants vs Dino and Tower), game mechanics and payout structures are governed by the rules embedded in the game itself. The outcome of each round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and is independently verifiable. cbaee does not intervene in, manipulate, or adjust crash game outcomes in any way.

6Bonuses & Promotions

cbaee offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to completion of wagering requirements.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cbaee. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, household, device, or payment method.
• Using the platform if you do not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider trading of sporting outcomes, or any form of corrupt activity affecting the markets available on cbaee.
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables, crash games, or any other interactive product on the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity through deposits, betting, and withdrawals.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or replicate any part of the cbaee platform or its underlying technology.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or similar technology to circumvent geographical restrictions or disguise your true location or identity.

cbaee employs real-time fraud detection, device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and behavioural monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above activities will result in immediate action. Winnings generated during any period of prohibited conduct are subject to immediate voiding regardless of whether the player has been notified at the time the bets were placed.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the cbaee platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, source code, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data feeds, is the exclusive intellectual property of cbaee or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbaee platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by cbaee under valid commercial licence agreements. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is subject to the intellectual property protections of those providers in addition to cbaee's own rights.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbaee, its directors, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cbaee platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial loss resulting from betting or gaming activity.

cbaee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cbaee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cbaee does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or bugs, or that it will be free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cbaee will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

10Privacy & Data Protection

cbaee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at cbaee.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

cbaee collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and deliver responsible gaming tools. cbaee does not sell personal data to third parties. 12Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your cbaee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus balances will be removed. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

12.2 Closure by cbaee

cbaee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Use of the platform by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial crime prevention agency.
• The Player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds deposited by the Player — may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms material breach. cbaee will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the Player via their registered email address.

13Amendments to These Terms

cbaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — that is, where it substantively affects a Player's rights or obligations — cbaee will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with the account.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Your continued use of the cbaee platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to close your account before the amendments take effect.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cbaee's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and cbaee, you are encouraged to contact the cbaee support team in the first instance. cbaee will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints and disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing to the cbaee compliance team at [email protected], clearly marked as a formal complaint.

cbaee is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. All bets and game rounds are logged and stored for a minimum retention period and can be reviewed by the compliance team as part of any formal dispute investigation. cbaee's determination on matters of technical fact — such as game outcome logs, bet confirmation records, and transaction histories — is final subject only to demonstrable evidence of system error.
